Scratch is owned and provided by The Scratch Foundation and was originally developed by Prof. Mitchel Resnick and his Lifelong Kindergarten group at the MIT Media Lab. Scratch is available for free at www.scratch.mit.edu and can also be downloaded on the App Store, Google Play, and Microsoft Store.
