Hop, step, jump or bound over the competition with the First Place Banana Step Hurdle. This amazing plyometric training device can be used to improve speed, strength, power and agility. The 12″ height is the perfect height for speed work and lateral movement drills. Get a bunch of them to create an obstacle course or have a single hurdle to teach athletes how to do a quick takeoff and landing. The Banana Step Hurdle is molded from tubular PVC that is very stable and durable but also extremely lightweight. It was carefully designed to absorb impact or fall forward if struck, decreasing the likelihood of training related injuries. Because of the lightweight properties of the PVC tubing, this hurdle is portable enough to be easily transported anywhere for wherever your speed training takes you.
