It is machine washable when left on gentle cycle and at low temperature. This Push MetaGrip CMC Thumb Brace is meant to be used on the right hand and is size 1 for hands that measure 6 7/8″ through 7 3/4″. You can find your size by using a soft measuring tape to measure the circumference of your hand just below the knuckles of all fingers, excluding the thumb.
