Degreaser prior to pickling or passivation. Highly effective acid liquid for the degreasing prior to the stainless steel pickling and passivation processes. Removes all types of organic waste from surfaces. Features: • Simultaneously degreases and deoxidises • Water soluble product with acid reaction • Works at room temperature • Contains phosphoric acid, additives and inhibitors. • It does not attack the treated surface as it does not contain hydrofluoric acid or nitric acid • Removes rust, rust, oil and grease residues and limescale stains • Removes residues of anti-spray liquids • Removes penetrant and developer residues resulting from NDT Applications: • Cleaning prior to pickling or passivation • Removes rust • General cleaning of stainless steel surfaces. • Suitable for cleaning austenitic and ferritic stainless steels, stabilized and non-stabilized stainless steels, nickel and its alloys
