The Dynair Balance Seat from Togu is a terrific way to introduce balance training, active sitting and posture improvement to children. At 11″ tall, the seat allows children to easily get on board. The concave and textured surface provides traction and stability, allowing children to get accustomed to finding balance while also teaching children how to sit still and listen. This seat is a great place to start training. Stable and extremely durable, the scoop down design allows for comfortable and secure sitting without straining to stand back up. For younger children, active sitting on the balance seat helps to improve posture and balance. Older children can also use them for balance activities like trying to sit on their knees or other exercises. Although they are designed for use primarily by children, these seats can be used by the majority of adults too as they provide benefits in posture improvement, vestibular work and strength and core training. So versatile, these seats are also a terrific asset for rehabilitative, developmental, and physical therapies. Suitable for both personal and professional environments, the durable material is designed to last and ensures longevity. While active sitting is their main purpose, because the seats weigh less than 5.5 lbs., they also work well as large building blocks to create large castles and play areas. The Balance Seat comes in an engaging and bright red color that is sure to appeal to young children. It is sized at 14″ x 4″ x 11″ and can support up to 440 pounds. An exercise poster is included that offers several exercises to help strengthen the core, increase flexibility and promote stabilization. These seats are an ideal solution for pediatric waiting rooms. Because they are so child-friendly, the seats are terrific for both one-on-one therapy and group play. The Balance Seat is Latex-free and easy to clean, needing just a damp cloth and mild soap. Please note, inflation pump not included.
